2. Products

All products are single-origin essential oils bottled in London. Each bottle lists the Latin name of the botanical on the label. Product images are for illustration: actual product may vary slightly.

3. Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. The founder's launch price of £4.99 per bottle is valid for founding waitlist members. EverEarth reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or purchasing with parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment processor. We accept major debit and credit cards.

6. Shipping

Shipping is £2.99 tracked via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free shipping on orders over £15. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day. We currently ship within the UK only.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened products for a full refund. Email hello@everearth.uk with your order number for return instructions. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced free of charge.

8. Safety

Essential oils are for external/aromatic use only. Do not apply undiluted to skin. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, text, images, logos, branding, is the property of EverEarth and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

EverEarth is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
