Diffuse it at your desk when the afternoon slows down, or in the hallway on grey mornings. Of all six oils this is the one that changes a room fastest.

Icy mint, sweet, intensely fresh. Top: menthol chill. Heart: sweet mint leaf. Base: faint warmth. Room character: bright, alert, morning.

Diffuser: 3 to 4 drops at your desk for a focused start. Morning shower: 2 to 3 drops on the shower floor away from the water stream. Pairs with Lemon for a sharp, optimistic workspace blend. A little goes far, start with fewer drops than you think.
