Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase!
If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Returns:

  • You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • To start a return, please email us at Founder@furo.store with your order number.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened soap bars cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
